In 2001 he graduated in Law from the “Luiss Guido Carli” University of Rome with a score of 110/110 cum laude, discussing a thesis entitled “Joint Ventures: international cooperation and mandate given to the parent company”. He was then selected among the ten best Italian students by the International Law Firm “Freshfields Bruckaus Deringer” and by the economic-financial newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”. And he perfected his academic preparation and defined his international law skills by being admitted to the “LLM Real Estate” program of the “New York Law School” in the United States.
In 2004 he obtained the qualification to practice law in Italy and subsequently practiced mainly abroad as a correspondent professional working among others with the International Law Firms of New York “Gleason & Koatz” and “Finklstein Newman Ferrara”, with the Toronto International Law Firm “Hackett-Simpson-Tripodi” and with the London International Law Firm “Notable Services LLP”. In 2008 he then founded the “Zagamilaw International Law Firm” of which he is currently a member and main partner and has dealt with over 800 international law practices and cases over the years.
Professional Trustee registered with the Chamber of Commerce as Sole Director of the company “Zagamilaw Network Service Srls”, he is among the leading Italian experts in Trusts, escrow agreements, asset management, tax planning, anti-money laundering regulations, international real estate, business contracts and international successions. Already the youngest and only Italian lawyer accredited both at the US Embassy in Rome and at the Italian Consulate in New York, registered as “English Solicitor” with the “Solicitor Regulation Authority” and authorized to practice throughout Europe as “Registered European Lawyer”. He was and is, among other things, Associate Professor of International Commercial Law and International Tax Law at the “Mediterranea” University, Teacher at the “Luiss Business School” and Honorary Representative of the “American Chamber of Commerce”.
He was awarded with the “Italian Award” in the Italian Parliament for having enhanced the image of Italy abroad with his professional activity and was nominated Knight of the Sovereign Order of Malta for having acquired merit in the fields of science, literature, arts and economics. His native language is Italian and he speaks and writes correctly English, Spanish and Portuguese.
